31 Days to an Organized Lifestyle: Intro, yo! (Day One)

Oh hey there! Guess what? It's October already! This month, I am participating in 31 Days with The Nester! I was planning on doing a series kind of like this anyway this month, so this worked out perfectly. :)

If you are looking for a specific day/topic, check the list below. Titles and links will be posted as soon as they go live.

I knew the concept that I wanted to write about, but had a difficult time putting it into words. Ever since moving to Oregon a month ago (has it really been that long?), our lives have been a little chaotic. I feel like I forget to do a lot of things or I end up procrastinating and things just dont happen the way they should. After trying a few different phrases, I finally came up with something that seems to encompass what exactly I want to accomplish this month:

This is a little bit different than simply organizing your home. Rather, it is improving and organizing your lifestyle in a way that makes the everyday effortless so that you can focus your energy on things that are above and beyond.

I am so excited about this since my own life needs a lot of work in this area. I hope you will join me on this journey for the next month and maybe even try some of the challenges yourself!

    1. Thanks for commenting! I read your posts as well. My grandma had and thankfully survived breast cancer when I was young and we have very similar medical conditions, so this is something that is real to me. Thank you for writing about your experience!
